Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Koshika, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Koshika on behalf of a hotel or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of service
Koshika provides hotel group deposit management software that reads group sales contracts, extracts deposit milestones, and sends automated payment reminders via WhatsApp and email. Features include AI contract extraction, a live deposit dashboard, AI voice agent follow-up, and audit-ready deposit records.
3. Permitted use
You may use Koshika solely for lawful business purposes related to deposit management for hotel group bookings. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to send unsolicited communications.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all contracts and data you upload or connect to Koshika. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not use your contract data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Accuracy of AI extraction
Koshika's AI extraction is designed to be accurate but is not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing extracted deposit schedules before confirming them. We provide a confidence score for each extracted field to help you identify where manual review is needed.
6. Payment and subscription
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in INR. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koshika's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. We may suspend your account immediately if we detect a material breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
